We can offer a limited export service to most countries supplying dormant bulbs & tubers. We can no longer supply alpine plants outside of Europe and we do not send bulbs to USA or Canada.
How to make Payment
Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling (UK currency) only by International Money Order through a Post Office, by Draft in Pounds Sterling (UK currency) drawn on an English Bank or by CREDIT CARD. Please do not send cash by post.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept MASTERCARD and VISA with payment claimed in Pounds Sterling (UK currency). Please ensure you supply the following information authorising us to charge the total value of your order: Type of Card, Card number, Date of Expiry, Security Code (that is the last three digits above where your signature is on the back of your card), Name as on Card, Card holders address and signature. If youve asked us to post your order to your works address PLEASE also tell us your home address. All this information may be required by the credit card company before we can obtain payment. Payment by credit card is by far the easiest and cheapest method.

Please contact the nursery for information if you wish to make a direct transfer to our bank.

DWARF BULBS
These will be sent by Air Mail Post and charged at cost. For an approximate assessment please add 30% to the cost of your order, but like Alpines postage charges are based on final weight of the package and not the value of your order.
WINTER CATALOGUE
These items will be sent by Air Mail Post at cost.
PHYTO-SANITARY CERTIFICATES
The import regulations of your country require all orders to be sent with this certificate at a cost of 10.00 Pounds Sterling per consignment.
C.I.T.E.S.
Due to a dramatic increase in charges for this certification we no longer export CITES listed plants outside the European Union, these include: Cyclamen, Dactylorhiza, Epipactis, Galanthus, Pleione, Sternbergia.
IMPORT PERMITS + ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK
The customer is responsible for supplying all other documentation legally required by their country. For instance an import permit is required for South Africa and Russia.
