We can offer a limited export service to most countries supplying dormant bulbs & tubers. We can no longer supply alpine plants outside of Europe and we do not send bulbs to USA or Canada.

How to make Payment

Payments must be made online by Credit Card, by International Money Order through a Post Office or by Draft in Pounds Sterling (UK currency) drawn on an English Bank. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH BY POST.

CREDIT CARD

All online transactions are handled by WorldPay which allow you to pay via a selection of Credit and Debit cards as shown on the checkout page. If you cancel your order refunds can only be paid back via Worldpay if made within 4 weeks of ordering.

PAYMENT DIRECT TO BANK

Please contact the nursery for information if you wish to make a direct transfer to our bank.

Postal charges to the rest of the World.

DWARF BULBS AND WINTER CATALOGUE

These will be sent by Air Mail Post and charged at a rate of 25% of the total value of goods, rounded up to the nearest pound. We reserve the right to request additional payments for orders including heavy items where the 25% charge levied is insufficient.

PHYTO-SANITARY CERTIFICATES

The import regulations of your country require all orders to be sent with this certificate at a cost of 10.00 Pounds Sterling per consignment.

C.I.T.E.S.

Due to a dramatic increase in charges for this certification we no longer export CITES listed plants outside the European Union, these include: Cyclamen, Dactylorhiza, Epipactis, Galanthus, Pleione, Sternbergia.

IMPORT PERMITS + ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK

The customer is responsible for supplying all other documentation legally required by their country.

V.A.T.

Our invoices are now exempt insofar as tax (VAT) is concerned.
