Round clear pink flowers on 10cm stems. dense cushions of green lobed leaves which give beautiful autumn tints. A good dwarf alpine for rockery or raised bed.
Remarkable, form with large flowers that open mid pink then slowly fade to almost white, giving the startling appearance of a mass of bicoloured flowers, fully hardy.
G. macrorrhizum is a mat-forming, semi-evergreen perennial growing to 45cm tall. Its rounded, divided, lobed and toothed leaves are sticky and aromatic and can turn attractive shades in the autumn. In summer, magenta-pink flowers, up to 3cm across, are held above the foliage on more or less upright stems.
