Leptinella

The foliage is finely divided purple-bronze or black flushed when grown in full sun. Yellow-green flowers from mid summer.

Dense, flat, slowly creeping mat of stems, creamy-yellow button-like flowers on short stems, best in full sun, well drained soil. A plant we recently admired in its native New Zealand, on gravelly scree slopes below Mount Hutt.
