Enjoy a sunny well drained position where they will increase freely to give drifts of early spring colour and may be used under deciduous trees for mass planting or naturalizing. Plant the bulbs in clumps about 7cm deep.

Chionodoxa 'Valentine Day'

Generally 2 stems per bulb, cobalt-blue flowers paling to white at their centre. We first offered this new hybrid in 2004, our stock raised from a few bulbs, from the original stock found in a Wirral garden in 1986 by J.G. Corrie. They usually flower around Valentines Day.
