GREETINGS we are a traditional family run specialist nursery which grows and supplies an extensive selection of Alpines, Dwarf Bulbs and Woodland plants by Mail Order, at the many horticultural shows and lectures we attend throughout the UK & Europe or direct to customers from our nursery located in Lincolnshire, England.

The nursery was opened in 1971 and since then we have conducted our mail order business through a printed, fully descriptive catalogue in paper format, although the relatively recent boom in internet use has resulted in an increasing proportion of orders been taken through this web site. If you require a copy of our paper catalogue please send 6 x first class stamps and your address to the nursery.
Our current 2008 catalogues can be viewed on this site and orders may be made using the secure on-line ordering systems. We can supply to customers throughout the UK, Europe & Japan but specifically do not supply to Canada, USA, New Zealand or Australia.
The nursery is open to visitors throughout the year, seven days a week from 9.00am till 4.00pm. Our sales area is always kept well stocked with alpines, woodland and bulbous plants and we currently have in excess of 650 varieties on display for sale.
You may also enjoy walking around our extensively planted, landscaped gardens which includes large rockeries, raised walls, troughs, island beds, woodland and peat gardens currently featuring displays of winter & spring flowering bulbs & plants.

Plant of the Week:
Scilla peruviana
Stout stems up to 30cm bearing large conical heads of deep blue flowers from late April through till early June. Requires a rich, well drained soil in good light. Very large bulbs.
